SD-56: Pretty As A Picture In Rochester

I was back home in Rochester last weekend, caught a great Rhinos game (they beat Puerto Rico).

My folks live on the west side of town these days, out in Hilton. So... I have the distinct pleasure of driving through some of the most heavily Republican-populated areas of the State (outside of Long Island) - with particular reference to Greece and Parma.

I saw very few Rick Dollinger signs, either there or anywhere else around the City - but a host of seemingly over-sized Robach signs...

I'm pleased to say I will be doing some phone banking for some Western NY races this week :-)

Makes me want to come visit-- Rochester is so pleasant.  Maybe go to the Ethiopian restaurant next door to Gantt's office... get ready for the soon-to-be event of getting 2 new adopted Ethiopian grand-nieces.  A great city deserves great representation!

While driving around in the Finger Lakes today, I heard an ad for a 2 mile run for Obama taking place in Syracuse.  Turning those Obama voters into Democratic voters at the state level changes the nature of races completely.
