Because it's so pathetic and it highlights the plight of the upstate Republican Congressman: not crazy enough to drinking the Bush Kool-Aid, not smart (or strong) enough to fight the others who do. 

The hightlight of the town hall meeting was when he got all pissy about the idea that he did whatever his party wanted.

Kuhl's constantly shifting explanations about why we should stay.  It used to be because we had to "stay the course" and the troops were having a great time eating lobster tail at the commissary anyway.  Now, it's because some foreign ambassador said we should.  What will it be next?  He knows it's a freaking disaster over there and that we should get out but he doesn't have the guts to vote against the president.  Pathetic.
