But not with King. With Maggie Brooks or Chris Collins or Nick Pirro or Joanne Mahoney - and $10-15M - I think they have a shot.

What I hear is "no".  That's a bit the Republican dilemma here.  An upstater probably can't raise the scratch, but a downstater probably can't win.
