Murphy towered over Tedisco (4.00 / 2)

in the debates, physically and in his performances.

I've met him several times, and think he's 6'3" or so.

A nice photo of two excellent politicians, on a happy day.

Congressman Scott Murphy is tall - over 6 feet (4.00 / 2)

He always commanded everyone's attention the three times I heard him speak at gatherings in Delhi (Delaware), Milford (Otsego) and Schenevus (Otsego).  What a well spoken Congressman he was this afternoon when he gave his speech.  So proud to have him as our Congressman!  Senator Gillibrand stood out on the House floor waiting for Speaker Pelosi to announce Congressman Murphy. She had a grand smile on her face!  I was glued to C-Span waiting for the ceremony!  Quite emotional I am certain for the Murphy family and for all who worked on his campaign!
