Even when it might not look too promising, at least in the short-term, for marriage equality in two of the bluest states in the country, two pro-marriage equality groups - California's Courage Campaign and New York's Empire State Pride Agenda - have campaigns to rally the troops for another fight for marriage equality.
The Courage Campaign has an ad campaign called "Fearless" that they are raising money for. You can watch the ad here:
You can give money for the "Fearless" ad campaign by donating through the "Fearless" ActBlue page.
The Courage Campaign has 24 Equality Teams canvassing 15 counties and Camp Courage that has trained over 700 activists. Along with that, a data coalition is in place to better educate voters on marriage equality.
The Empire State Pride Agenda is also making sure that its voice is heard in New York and that information about marriage equality is being spread throughout the state.
ESPA has an ad campaign of its own that it hopes to keep going until the New York State Senate passes the Marriage Equality Act. Here is the video featuring the Schuster family from Rochester. The video centers around Luke, who is gay and hopes to marry whomever he falls in love with.

The time for marriage equality in New York has come. The time for marriage equality in California has come. The time for marriage equality throughout the United States is now. We need to ensure that everyone has equal rights and the ability to marry the one they love. Take part in these movements and let's help other states who just might help us back.
