Andrew Russo would seem a strange choice by the Senate Republicans. He never voted and he didn't even live in the district until recently. Hell, he didn't even live in the country. Then again, when asked what he would do help struggling middle class families, the first thing out of his mouth was corporate tax breaks. Yeah, maybe he's a perfect fit after all.
