This should be EVERYWHERE

Just returned some mail to Bank of America! (0.00 / 0)

When I read this post several days ago, I thought "Awesome!" Today in the mail, I got two credit cards - one in my name and one in my husband's name. Two actual credit cards, not the applications or a pre-approval letter.  They are from Bank of America. We don't have any money anywhere with BoA and we're on the Do Not Mail list.

So I cut up the credit cards, and put the pieces, along with all the other paper that was in there, back into the envelop with a note on it that said "Dear BoA employee or outsourced worker, please consider joining a union. We do not like Bank of America. Our money OCCUPIES a different bank. Sincerely, Tracey & Eelco." I taped the envelope back up and wrote "return to sender" on it.  I'll let my 2 year old drop it in the mailbox tomorrow - he loves that.

As trash talk goes, its not the best I've ever dropped, but it feels great!  And sadly, I had to miss the day of action today due to childcare coordination issues, so this was a wonderful opportunity to act on OWS principles.
