How long before Rens county Dems (0.00 / 0)

get a Chance to vote this loser out of office. It went uncontested last time, right? I cant think of a good caption, i just want to see him gone, replaced, retired, whatever. He is so unprofessional and unproductive.

There was some weird (2.00 / 2)

political maneuvering (by the Dems in various counties) to keep an opponent off the ballot. The guy wasn't a great challenger... refused to take time off from his day job to campaign... had flip-flopped Dem/Rep/Dem/Rep numerous times in the past, etc, and I believe the reasoning behind not supporting his challenge was that they didn't want a challenger on the ballot that wouldn't win, but would bring out Uncle Joe's big guns and potentially hurt Gillibrand's chances.

I don't buy the excuse (4.00 / 3)

but yeah, Bruno got some friendly dems in both Saratoga and Rensselaer Counties to challenge the legitimacy of his challenger and got him knocked off the ballot on a technicality.

Bruno's minions are good at that sort of thing.
