We're building up to some kind of show in just a few minutes, around 3:00pm.
It sounds like Espada has the keys to the Senate chamber, though not the Sergeant-at-Arms' support for using them.
Meanwhile, Malcolm Smith is going to court for an injunction to stop this session, which makes me wonder which court he's headed to and how friendly they'll be.
Paterson is calling on everyone to "act like adults", as he is "not going to interfere with what goes on in the legislative branch. I'm not going to go knock down the doors of the Senate and open them up."
